1. Purpose
KANAPURO respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects Users to do the same.
This Policy explains how copyright complaints, takedown requests, counter-notifications, and repeat infringement are handled on the Platform.
This Policy forms part of the KANAPURO Terms of Service.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to all KANAPURO websites, applications, community features, downloadable content, marketplaces, and other services that allow the publication, display, storage, or distribution of Content.
3. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright notice using KANAPURO's published contact methods.
To help KANAPURO investigate efficiently, your notice should include:
- your name and contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;
- a statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, where applicable; and
- your physical or electronic signature where required by law.
Incomplete notices may delay review.
4. Review Process
After receiving a notice, KANAPURO may:
- review the submitted information;
- request additional information;
- temporarily disable access to the reported material;
- permanently remove material where appropriate; or
- take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.
Submitting a notice does not guarantee removal.
KANAPURO will evaluate each report individually.
5. Counter-Notifications
If your Content is removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error or that you have the legal right to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification where permitted by applicable law.
Where required by law, KANAPURO may forward the counter-notification to the original complainant.
KANAPURO reserves the right to restore Content only where appropriate under applicable law.
6. Repeat Infringers
KANAPURO may suspend or terminate Accounts belonging to Users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
KANAPURO determines repeat infringement based on the circumstances of each case and applicable law.
7. False or Fraudulent Notices
Knowingly submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent copyright notices or counter-notifications may expose the sender to legal liability.
KANAPURO may reject abusive submissions and may take action against Users who misuse this process.
8. Other Intellectual Property
This Policy primarily addresses copyright.
Questions relating to trademarks, publicity rights, design rights, or other forms of intellectual property may also be submitted using KANAPURO's published contact methods and will be reviewed as appropriate.
